- Both bend and length are important features of tire irons used for mounting Tire Ball inflation cells. We offer high quality tire irons that make the installation and removal of motorcycle and ATV tires quick and simple. There are two different bends. One bend for starting the process of installation and the other for the final remaining section of tire bead. We call them the starter bend and the finisher bend. Two starter bend tire irons are recommended to make the job the easiest. Only one finisher bend is needed to complete the process. The irons are extremely durable, fit your hand well and are capable of being impacted with a hammer if necessary. The irons are 16" long and have a rust resistant finish. Motorcycle Bead Hold Down Clamp
- This tool is the most economical, efficient and user-friendly device we have found to help with the installation and removal of a motorcycle tire inflated with mousse or Tire Ball inflation cells. This clamp holds the bead down in the recessed portion of the rim making it much easier to lever the tire bead onto or off of the rim. No more scratched rims and multiple vise grips. Economy Inflation Regulator
- This pneumatic quick disconnect tool can be used with an air compressor or nitrogen tank. This tool is assembled from components made from around the world and includes an adjustable low pressure regulator, one low pressure gauge that reads the "set" pressure, a trigger valve that allows gas to flow, another low pressure gauge that reads the pressure in the Tire Ball cell, an 18" long air hose, needle fitting and round tipped inflation needle. Once the pressure is set and the adjusting knob locked down, repetitive Tire Ball cells can be easily inflated to the same pressure by simply inserting the needle and pulling the trigger valve. This inflator is essential in filling and adjusting the pressure in each Tire Ball cell to the correct low-pressure setting. Pressure can be adjusted to accommodate any style Tire Ball cell. ATV/UTV Multi-Port Inflator - Designed for the dealer or tire technician who must provide quick installation service for numerous customers. This tool includes a low-pressure regulator and trigger valve but also includes an 16 port manifold with each port provided with an on/off valve, which can be matched to the number of cells used in a specific ATV/UTV tire. The Multi-cell inflator is housed in a foam padded rugged carrying case. Two separate gauges are provided so that both “set" pressure and Tire Ball cell pressure can be monitored simultaneously.

Economy Tire Mounting Stands - Holding the rim in a fixed position while the tire is worked onto the rim is an important convenience for mounting tires inflated with Tire Ball inflation cells. These stands are designed as a less expensive alternative and can be used on the floor or on a workbench or table-top. Each of the three sizes include a powder coated steel ring which elevates the rim and is provided with a non-marring polymer edging. A threaded stud is used to center the rim and is sized smaller than the axle. A quick acting knob/nut locks the rim onto the stand. The support ring and stud are bolted to a 22” square fiber board base. The Minicycle stand will accept rims with axles as small as 10mm diameter. Made in the USA.

New Bessey Adjustable Clamp and UHMW Shoe ATV Bead Hold Down Tool - This is the easiest tool we have found to mount or demount Tire Ball inflated ATV tires on OEM rims. The Bessey clamp fits both narrow front rims as well as wide rear rims. To use, force the bead down with two tire irons spaced apart the width of the UHMW shoe, then slide the shoe between the tire bead and rim flange. Next slide the Bessey clamp into the groove in the shoe with the bottom of the clamp resting against the bottom rim flange then screw down the rotating foot resting in the recess in the UHMW shoe. Continue forcing the tire down until the tire bead is compressed down into the plane of the rim recess. Tire irons can now be used to force the remaining bead over or off of the rim. With this tool it is quicker and easier to mount ATV tires onto OEM rims than aftermarket beadlock rims.
