Warranty
Tire Balls are unconditionally guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. A warranty registration form must be sent to the Tire Ball Development Company corporate office within 2 weeks of purchase. Dealer or customer must send any damaged product back to the corporate office, when received we will send dealeror customer new replacement product. Warranty applies to Tire Ball cells only.
Return Authorization
Dealer or customer must call our toll free number 877-847-3225 to request a return authorization. We will need to know the circumstances and details of the failure, where purchased and the date of purchase. It is purchaser's responsibility to send back the warranted product.
