Shipping & Returns

Your shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the shipping method you have selected.
Sales tax of 6% is added to all orders being shipped to Kentucky.
We ship all in-stock items within three days of receiving your order.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within three days of your order to give you a preliminary ship date.
Your credit card will be billed when your item is ready to ship, not before.

We will refund the purchase price of new, unused tireballs within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for the necessary return authorization before attempting any returns.
Our tireballs are covered by a warranty for a full year after their purchase date. Please see our warranty page for more information about warranty returns.
Please re-read the installation instructions to make sure that you are installing your tireballs correctly.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will issue a refund or a replacement only when we have received the returned product.
